These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mobile applications operated by Jubilant Breeze, including JewelAI Studio ("App", "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature of the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have read and understood these Terms
• You agree to be legally bound by them

If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is an AI-powered platform that enables users to:

• Generate virtual jewelry try-on images
• Remove or replace image backgrounds
• Create professional product photography
• Store generated images in a private gallery for up to 30 days

The Service requires an internet connection and a registered account. Features are accessed via a credit-based system.

3. Credit-Based Access

• Credits are required to access paid AI features
• Credits are deducted upon feature usage
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be sold or gifted
• Credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Unused credits do not expire unless account is terminated

4. Purchases and Refund Policy

ALL CREDIT PURCHASES ARE FINAL, NON-CANCELLABLE, AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

• Accidental purchases
• Unused credits
• Service interruptions
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results

All payments are processed via Apple In-App Purchases and are subject to Apple’s policies. For billing disputes, contact Apple Support.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process it solely to provide the Service.

You represent that:

• You own or have rights to the content
• Your content does not infringe third-party rights
• You have consent to upload images of identifiable individuals

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded or generated content. You are responsible for how you use and distribute it.

6. Face Data and Image Processing

Images may include human faces and are processed only to deliver requested features.

We do NOT:

• Perform facial recognition
• Identify individuals
• Store biometric identifiers

7. Artificial Intelligence Features

The App uses AI to generate and modify images.

• Outputs are provided "as is"
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed
• Outputs should not be relied on for professional decisions

7.1 AI Output Disclaimer

Generated images may differ from original inputs in texture, color, proportions, or detail. Accuracy is not guaranteed.

8. Data Storage and Retention

• Content is stored for up to 30 days
• After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
• Deleted data cannot be recovered
• You are responsible for downloading your content

We are not responsible for data loss after the retention period.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Reverse-engineer or exploit the App
• Commercially misuse the Service without authorization

10. Advertising

The App may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.

User images and face data are never used for advertising.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

• Remaining credits are forfeited
• Stored content may be deleted

You may delete your account at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jubilant Breeze shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We may notify users via app or email for significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
